Description: Ground up mixed-use four story building development consisting of three commercial units for a total of 1,977 square feet of commercial and 20 apartments for a total 14,509 square feet of apartments with a courtyard area garden and parking in rear.

Phases: DD, CD, CA

Status: Currently in building permit review. Proposed to be completed in 2027.
